1 Setting Up Your Merchant Account

Onpage Scheduler allows service providers to configure their availability and listing storefronts under custom web links. Follow this path to begin:

A. Claim Your Custom Link Address

Navigate to our registration page. Enter your company name, owner’s name, and a unique **link slug** (e.g., nova-dental). This slug forms your public scheduler address: onpagescheduler.com/b/nova-dental.

B. Complete Account Credentials

Provide your administrator email and a strong password. This creates a secure account.

C. Initial Catalog Seeding

Once clicked, the platform securely generates your portal, and automatically seeds a generic "Initial Consultation Session" to your service registry so your workspace is instantly bookable.

2 Customizing Your Brand & Schedules

Customize your layout, color palettes, and operational times in real-time to match your visual guidelines:

A. Upload Logo & Banner Images

Within your dashboard settings, hover over the **Logo preview card** or the **Hero Banner frame** and select a file. The website automatically updates your page.

B. Adjust Core Business Details & Color Accents

Adjust your **Business Title**, **Physical/Virtual Address**, **Phone Number**, and **Tagline Bio**. Choose an accent color using the visual hex picker—your customer-facing booking workspace theme dynamically adapts around it!

C. Set Weekly Operating Hour Limits

Use the **Hours Matrix** row toggles on the right sidebar. Check the "Active" box for days you are open, configure start/end times (e.g., 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM), and hit save. Conflicting or past slots are dynamically filtered out.

3 Setting Up Upfront Customer Payments

Secure your calendar slot reservations by accepting upfront payments before a booking is confirmed:

A. Integrate Stripe Checkout

Select **Stripe** inside the Payment Gateway dropdown on your dashboard. Provide your **Stripe Publishable Key** and **Stripe Secret Key** from your Stripe Developer Dashboard. This lets you securely collect credit cards during booking events.

B. Integrate PayPal Standard

Select **PayPal Standard** as your gateway and paste your secure **PayPal Client ID**. Our system automatically builds native PayPal payment buttons directly into the client checkout.

C. Secure Checkout & Ledger Tracking

Toggle the **"Require Upfront Checkout Payment"** checkbox. When enabled, your clients must complete the checkout form before their spot is locked in. Successful completions are instantly recorded in your financial ledger.
